Refund policy

The Products are strictly reserved for professionals registered in the Trade and Companies Register or any equivalent commercial register. The Customer represents and warrants that the Orders placed on the Site are placed in their name and on their own behalf or on behalf of the company that employs them, solely for the purposes of their professional activity.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to all Orders placed by a Customer on the Site and prevail over any possible general terms and conditions of purchase of the Customer. The General Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between ALIMPEX and the Customer.
Any Order placed is subject to the express and unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions by the Customer by checking the box provided for this purpose. By confirming an Order, the Customer acknowledges having read and fully understood the General Terms and Conditions and agrees to comply with their content.
ALIIMPEX reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. In the event of modification, the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Customer are those in effect on the date of the Order. The T&Cs are directly accessible on the site by clicking on the “Legal Notices” tab appearing on all pages of the site.

No Right of Withdrawal
Since the Products are ordered for strictly professional purposes, the Customer has no right of withdrawal.
Notwithstanding the above, if the Customer wishes to request cancellation of the Order after confirmation, the Customer must notify their request by means of an unambiguous statement sent by email to the following address: contact@alimpex.fr or by mail to the address at the top of the General Terms and Conditions.

Receipt

Upon delivery of the Products, the Customer undertakes, directly or through their carrier if they choose this delivery method, to sign the delivery slip provided by the carrier, or ALIMPEX in the case of delivery by the Customer's carrier.

Upon receipt of the Products, the Customer must indicate in writing on the delivery slip, which they will sign, any refusal to accept the Products or reservations regarding loss, damage, missing products, apparent defects, or non-conformity of the delivered Products. The absence of a written reservation by the Customer on the delivery slip covers any apparent defect and/or missing product. In the event of a defect in a Product that is not apparent on the day of receipt, the Customer undertakes to inform ALIMPEX in a documented and justified manner by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within ten (10) days of discovering the defect.

 

In the event of an apparent defect, missing product, non-conformity or non-apparent defect, duly noted by ALIMPEX, the latter will proceed, at its discretion, either to the replacement, or to the reimbursement of the price of the Products, or to the credit of the Account by credit, on the basis of the invoiced price, to the exclusion of any other compensation.

If the Products need to be returned to ALIMPEX, the Customer will use the return slip that will be sent to him by ALIMPEX in the email confirming his refusal to receive the Products and/or the defects or non-conformities noted by the Customer. This email will also include the return conditions that the Customer agrees to respect, the method of compensation chosen by ALIMPEX (replacement, refund or credit note) as well as the return address for the Products. The return of the Products can only be accepted for Products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). The means of transport and return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. These costs are increased by the cost borne by ALIMPEX for restocking the Products, corresponding to the sum of 1.6 euros excluding tax per Product. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that ALIMPEX may refuse to reimburse the Customer for the price of the returned Products if the Products are returned damaged (damage other than a defect noted by the Customer at the origin of the return), opened, and/or expired, thus preventing them from being put back into stock.

Retention of Title Clause

It is expressly agreed that ALIMPEX retains ownership of the delivered Products until full payment of their price by the Customer, including principal and interest. Until full payment of the price of the Products, the Customer undertakes to store the Products separately, to clearly identify them, to indicate their storage location at ALIMPEX's request, and to hold the Products as a depository for ALIMPEX.

WARRANTIES

All Products sold on the Site are covered by a warranty of conformity and a warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Claims under these warranties must be sent to ALIMPEX by email at the following address: contact@alimpex.fr.

ALIMPEX makes no other express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the suitability and/or conformity of any of the Products for a particular purpose or the Customer's needs.

LANGUAGES

The Customer may place any order in French or English. These Terms and Conditions are written in French and translated into English. In the event of a contradiction between the provisions of the French text and those of the English translation, the provisions of the French text shall prevail.
